The term Energy Medicine refers to a variety of techniques that uses the universal energy field to heal imbalances within a person’s energy system, including thoughts, beliefs, and emotions.  While Energy Healing appears to demonstrate promising emotional, spiritual, and physical health benefits, Energy Medicine is self-regulated and the State of Illinois does not license any Energy Medicine practitioners.

Regina Klaesges Reda is a Life Force Energy Healer trained and certified by the Deborah King Center.  Her practice is based in Illinois.

Regina is also a Holistic Health Coach certified by the Institute of Integrative Nutrition.  Although Regina can provide general nutrition information and encouragement of healthy eating choices, she is not a licensed nutritionist or dietician and therefore cannot customize a nutrition plan for a client.  In Illinois, the law requires a license to provide nutrition and dietetics services such as nutrition advice, assessment or counseling as a component of preventative, maintenance or restorative care.  She can work with you to assess different aspects of your life that impact your overall health and wellbeing to support you in coming up with a plan for creating balance and harmony in the areas that need it.
